When you are fighting an invisible illness you often can’t predict how you are going to feel from day to day.  While we do our best in our #invisiblefight we still have days where we seem to lose a bit of ground.  Be understanding and flexible about making plans and doing things with us.  Understand that the ups and downs of our health determine our plans and structure for the day.  Be flexible when we have to alter our plans or time with you.  Be willing to change activities and trade in that trip to the movies for a movie night on the couch or that dinner at the new restaurant for a different night when need be.  Your understanding and flexibility helps us not feel guilty for being sick.  No one likes to miss out on something fun or quality time with people because they are sick.  Work with your loved one as they work through their invisible illness.  Support your loved one with an invisible illness by being understanding and flexible.
